Rick and Morgan sold our home at asking price after only three days on the market! We had a few “hiccups” with the buyers lender that slowed the process down and had our nerves on edge and Rick and Morgan stayed on top of the issues and helped ease those worries until the problem was resolved. We still closed less than sixty days after first placing our home on the market and we closed with a deal above what anyone thought we would make on that home. They’ve also helped us with the purchase of our new home! I would recommend the McKenzie team to anyone!
